1. Paid features

Paid features may include higher generation limits, advanced planning, longer history retention, premium Chef features, expanded personalization, or other features shown in the app before purchase.

2. App store billing

If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing is handled by that app store. Your purchase is subject to the relevant app store’s payment terms, refund policies, and subscription cancellation flow.

3. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. The app will show renewal terms before purchase. Deleting the app or deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription.

4. Cancellation

Cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds

For purchases made through Apple or Google, refund requests must generally be made through the relevant app store. We cannot guarantee refunds outside app store rules. If a purchase was made directly through us, refund eligibility will be shown before purchase and handled by contact@letthemcookapp.com

6. Price or feature changes

We may change prices or paid features from time to time. Where required, we will notify you and obtain consent before price changes apply to your subscription.

7. Free trials and promotions

Trials and promotions are subject to the terms shown at signup. A trial may convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
